We source single-origin 100% Arabica from smallholder farms high in the Andean highlands — then roast it by hand, in small batches, right here in West London.
Every cup wears our macaw with pride. Bold flavour, wild colour, ethically sourced. That's the Wild Thing way.
The Colombian Table
Hand-folded empanadas, twice-fried patacones and grilled arepas — made fresh, served alongside proper Colombian coffee. Come hungry, stay a while. Nine to five, seven days a week.
